Do you track online retailers or brick-and-mortar retailers or both?
Our service only track availability from online retailers. It's the easiest and most accurate form of tracking. You can order online instantly - there may not be a store nearby and you cannot leave instantly to try and purchase it. In-store inventory status are usually out-of-date and updated once daily. Also, retailers are smart enough not to let their competitors know about their inventory situation.

Why aren't I receiving alerts? Sometimes they are late?
99% of the time, your ISP or carrier is blocking the alerts. Make sure you add our email address:

to your whitelist - please check with your email provider on how to do it. Mail servers are notoriously unreliable. We time-stamp every alert sent so if you receive it later than 5 minutes after the time-stamp, the delay is in the email network.
